We do not receive your credit card details as all transactions are dealt with securely by WorldPay or PayPal. For WorldPay purchases, you will be required to input your credit card information each time a new purchase is made.
We receive confirmation of your order via email. You will receive a one-time automated email to the email address you provide as confirmation that your order has been received.
If you paid via WorldPay, we then receive an email from WorldPay confirming acceptance or rejection of your transaction - you receive the same. If your transaction is rejected, you can discuss with WorldPay directly by making a note of your transaction reference number and contacting them at www.worldpay.com with your reference number.
We may use other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, including sending postal mail and e-mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer service. They will have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
