Our smart-e-software™ should pop up on your desktop with our signature “e” icon. It may require a few minutes to catalog everything that your new friend already knows—please be patient while it fills in your library. Don’t worry, it’s only necessary the first time you run smart-e-software™

HINT: If at any point your smart-e-toy won’t talk, simply hold down the power button for 10 seconds to reboot the toy. If that still doesn’t bring your friend back to life, try changing the batteries!
